Sewing frenzy

We’ve been busy here….

I have finally got all my Oliver + S patterns for the shop and decided to sew up some samples and a little something for Emilia. Have a look:

Hopscotch skirt in floral Corduroy
Interlock Knit Top in City Weekend Fabric

The Interlock Knit is just a lovely fabric. Very soft and drapey and the top comes together very quickly. This top is probably the most satisfying project. Call it instant gratification!

Next I started on the Nature Walk Pants. This pattern is designed to fabrics with at least 25% stretch (like the top above). They are a beautiful slim cut and super comfy as Play pants or PJs. We love them!

Nature Walt Pants

All of the City weekend Interlock Fabrics are gorgeous. I will sew up more pants and tops as samples for the market. Have a look at the colours. Loveliness!

We are off the Science Works tomorrow. Will have to plan for some knitting time…

Have a lovely Thursday!

  1. Hi Alex,
You are amazing..always on the net blogging away And managing to knit and sew and go to the markets! I read the BLOG and clicked on SHOP and over to your shop. It all works very well.

I read about your knitting classes and would love to join in but living here in Richmond it’s a long way to Castlemaine for the class. I would love to be able to knit in the round.
